What types of arches do you offer?

Our most popular styles include floral arches covered in faux blooms, asymmetric half-moon arches, square and rectangular geometric frames, ripple and wave panel backdrops, and classic round arbors with greenery or draping. How much does a wedding arch rental cost in Toronto?

Our arch and arbor rentals range from $150 to $2,900 depending on the style, size, and floral complexity. Delivery, setup, and pickup fees are calculated separately based on your venue location and access. You can see pricing on each individual product page.

What is included in the rental?

Every rental includes the arch or arbor structure itself, professional delivery to your venue, full setup by our team, and pickup after your event. You do not need to assemble, disassemble, or transport anything yourself.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for weekday events and 2–3 months ahead for weekend weddings, especially during peak season (May through October). Popular styles book out quickly — check availability on our contact page.

Do you deliver outside Toronto?

Yes — we are based in Aurora and serve the full GTA and beyond, including Barrie, Hamilton, Burlington, Milton, Oshawa, Whitby, and Ajax. Delivery fees vary by distance. Visit our Areas We Serve page for the complete list.

Can I customise the arch to match my event colours?
