Creating a memorable bridal shower requires statement pieces that perfectly frame the celebration. For this recent event in Mississauga, we provided complete decor styling and rental inventory to bring a ‘Journey in Bloom’ theme to life.

The focal point of this setup is a custom-designed double backdrop. We paired a crisp white panel featuring personalized “Ashlea’s Bridal Shower” text and a playful pink-and-white striped awning with wavy backdrop pink panel. To soften the structure and add a romantic texture, we styled dense, floral cascades climbing the side of the pink wall, utilizing a blend of premium silk blooms in soft blush, cream, and dusty rose palettes. Smaller, matching floral clusters were placed at the base of the white panel to create balance and depth across the entire installation.

We were tasked with transporting our rental inventory up a flight of stairs to the upper floor of a charming, older-style bungalow with low ceilings. To ensure a safe and seamless delivery, we brought on additional staff specifically to manage the heavy lifting. Our team carefully maneuvered the large items, including the rigid 7-foot-high square backdrop panels, up the stairs while taking extra precautions to protect the home’s walls, furniture, and ceilings from any damage.
