There is no greater compliment in the event industry than welcoming back a returning client. Last Friday, April 18, we had the absolute pleasure of designing a beautiful children’s birthday celebration at the stunning Summerhill Event Boutique in Toronto.
We have decorated numerous kids’ parties for this wonderful family so far and our team was incredibly proud to do another one this time. We truly that when we provide the highest quality of work it is deeply valued by our clients. This time our wonderful family wanted a soft, whimsical atmosphere, and we were thrilled to bring their vision to life with a full-scale customized setup.
Hassle-Free Event Planning and Styling

Creating the Focal Point: Backdrops and Balloons
We set up a beautiful, light pink wavy backdrop adorned with custom lettering. The lush balloon arrangement in gorgeous pastel hues of blush, lavender, and cream was flowing from the backdrop creating a magical and organic appearance. The balloons arranged in various colors and hues added a playful, bubbly texture that perfectly suited a children’s party aesthetic and created a special vibe that day.
Signature Florals and Sweet Details
One of the most striking elements of this setup was our signature giant flowers – unique, stuning and incredibly elegant decor for any party. We incorporated oversized flowers alongside the backdrop to add an enchanting, fairy-tale dimension to the room. The contrast between the delicate pastel petals and their magnificent size always creates a “wow” factor for both kids and adults.
To display the beautiful birthday cake and treats, we used the elegant pair of ribbed pink plinths. These versatile cake stands seamlessly matched the backdrop, creating a cohesive dessert display area. Right beside the floral arrangements we placed a classic vintage-style white high baby chair, the perfect, picture-ready spot for the birthday girl to enjoy her cake!
The Table Setup
The magic carried over to the children’s seating area. The table setup featured a sweeping, dusty rose chiffon runner that added a touch of elegance to the natural wood. We finished the tablescape with gorgeous floral centerpieces featuring fresh pink tulips set in elegant white tulip-shaped vases. Paired with delicate floral-patterned plates and matching cups, the dining area felt both elevated and perfectly sweet for a young crowd.
